About Us

Jaguar Property Management was founded in 2013 by a husband and wife team Tom and Christine. Tom has over 28 years experience in overhead/underground electrical line construction/repair and Christine has been an independent business owner in the financial services industry since 1983.

Over the years, getting to know the local community and our neighbors, they realized that many owners were repeatedly disappointed by the lack of service from successive property managers and maintenance providers. They were not getting the service they paid for, and were frustrated by the lack of communication and understanding of their needs. Unfortunately, some experienced being taken advantage of.

There was a real need for a reliable, honest team that listens, and truly cares for clients and guests.

Husband and wife team, Lana and Shawn, joined Jaguar Property Management in 2026 after returning to Costa Rica from Vancouver Island, BC Canada. Lana was a social worker in healthcare until she trained to be a licensed Property Manager in 2024. Shawn has been a foreman as a journeyman carpenter since 2001.

Lana and Shawn first met Tom and Christine in 2016 when they lived in Ojochal.

Our skills and experiences compliment each other resulting in a "cover-all-the bases" team approach.

Our goal is to have happy, satisfied, clients and guests.
