About Us

Pinuela Properties was founded in 2018 by a husband and wife team from Canada. Experienced in buying, selling, renovating and developing properties, Lana was a licensed property manager and Shawn is a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter in Canada.

​They chose to make the Ballena Coast their second home beginning in 2016.  Now home owners, they have house sat, rented, bought, sold and subdivided multiple properties.
