Our services also include monthly statements, bill & tax payments, home inspections and liaison with our trusted accountant.
We are available to manage properties between Uvita and Ojochal and we maintain a small portfolio to ensure your home always has our attention.
Fees for property management begin at $250 per month.
Rental Management
Rental Management is available for both vacation rentals and long term rentals.
Vacation Rentals are rental homes, suites and units that are advertised for short term rental. Short term is general less than 3 months. Vacation rentals are listed on social media, AirBNB, VRBO, and
Jaguarpropertymanagement.com.
The rental management fee for vacation rentals is 20% of the rental income and the monthly property management fee.
Long Term Rentals are rental homes that are advertised as available for 3 months or more and tenants are required to sign a lease.
The rental management fee for long term rentals is 20% of the month's rent and the monthly property management fee.
